About the role
We are looking for an SEO Manager to work on-site in Lahore and own audits, roadmaps, and execution for Cybis client accounts. You will combine technical SEO, content strategy, and AI-search (AIO) readiness with measurable ranking and traffic outcomes.
You will work from our Lahore office alongside developers who ship Laravel, React, and WordPress sites — so recommendations become live fixes, not tickets that stall for months.
Accounts include competitive niches: sports platforms, marketplaces, e-commerce, and SaaS. You will see your work in Search Console within weeks, not quarters.
We expect clear documentation, client-ready reports, and honest prioritisation. You do not need to be a developer, but you must speak their language.
What you'll do
- Run technical SEO audits: crawl health, Core Web Vitals, schema, indexation, and internal linking.
- Build keyword strategies, content briefs, and on-page optimisation plans.
- Implement and validate JSON-LD, sitemaps, canonicals, and hreflang where required.
- Monitor rankings, Search Console, and analytics; report ROI to clients monthly.
- Coordinate in-person with developers on SEO-friendly Laravel, React, and WordPress implementations.
- Mentor junior marketers on SEO fundamentals and QA checklists before launch.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven ranking improvements.
- Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tooling (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar).
- Experience with technical SEO on JavaScript and PHP/Laravel sites.
- Excellent written English for audits, reports, and client communication.
- Data-driven mindset with clear documentation habits.
- On-site availability in Lahore, Pakistan.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI Overviews / AIO optimisation.
- Familiarity with international and multi-language SEO.
